A5 #TRLT Galata Tower in Istanbul installed an elevator. It made easier to go up & see these views.

replying to @RTWBarefoot #trlt that said, some places have the knack. Like putting perspex flooring down to cover the ruins so you can still see them but equally still use the ground they occupy (Malta, here, as an example; a museum above an ancient ruin).
