@TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @HeidiSiefkas A1 Osoyoos, is Canada's only desert, near Okanogan, B. C. it's an extension of the Sonoran Desert and has a unique ecosystem that is home to rare plants and critters found nowhere else in Canada.

A2. Running down the dunes, and log-rolling down when they're not too steep. Of course the unfortunate flip side is the somewhat grueling hike UP the dune, haha. #Trlt (pic from Namibia)
A2: What I love most about deserts and dry places is enjoying the space and silence. #TRLT
A2 We could not miss a camel ride when we went into the desert outside of Dubai. #TRLT @TheTravelCamel @LindaPeters64 @JLipowski @heidiSiefkas @pip_says @Touchse
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A2 #TRLT Hiking, camping, eating, riding camels. Everything that respects the surroundings, so no noisy quad riding, etc.
A2 In the desert I like to party! Stihia Festival brings some of the world’s most exciting electronic music artists to Karakalpakstan. #trlt
A1: Loved the hike along the famous Caminito del Rey in southern Spain. 🇪🇸 Spain's CRAZIEST Hike!? | Tour from Malaga https://t.co/MwDprt1I0Y #TRLT @TheTravelCamel #travel #TravelTuesday #travelblog #travelbloggers #spain #espana
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot #TRLT A2: I like looking for petroglyphs, fossils and cool stones and rocks. We have thousands of petroglyphs here in Wadi Rum so I will probably never see them all. Because it was under water in ancient times there are fossils too.
Not necessarily a favourite, but certainly a surprising one: the Salt Plains in Jet, Oklahoma. Digging for crustals here. #TRLT https://t.co/WYcPPJarct

A2- I've always lived near water, so just being in the desert and taking photos is amazing to me

replying to @WadiRumEscape @WadiRumEscape @RTWBarefoot That’s very cool! There are lots of petroglyphs in Uzbekistan, too. I guess the dry climate of the desert preserves them well. #TRLT
replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 A2) Because of my mobility issues I'm kinda limited to what activities I can do, one of my favorites is going on scenic drives like the one I took through Death Valley National Park last month. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A1. I really loved Wadi rum .. it's surreal and endless #trlt
