replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3) I believe traveling around the United States & around the World has improved my life because of the people I've met & places I've seen have broken down whatever stereotypes I may have had. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel #trlt a3 - several years ago i got to travel w/Los Hernandez Tamales to the @beardfoundation awards in Chicago when they were recipients. It really pushed the partnership with @UnionGapWA & tourism. Here we are during a #smalltowntourismchat - 3rd wednesday each month
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3: Does trying seafood for the first time on a trip to Italy many years ago and discovering I like it count? It means I can enjoy meals like this one on the Isle of Wight last summer. (That is @DrNeilMatthews trying not to look impressed). #TRLT #HeritageWeekends
A3: Years ago, on my first big trip, I set an alarm for sunrise.
Ever since then, it's become my favourite time of day to explore a new place or head into the hills.

A3 #TRLT Living in a car-free city improved my life by making me realize I can live without a car. #Ljubljana
@visitljubljana #Slovenia @TheTravelCamel @ShebsAlom @LindaPeters64 @DoroLef
A3. I recently spent time on the Maryland / @TravelMD Eastern Shore learning about Underground Railroad heroine Harriet Tubman, on the @Tubman_Byway. Inspired me & reminded me to appreciate everyday bravery by ordinary people. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3. For me every travel experience counts as something new and amazing. I like to see everything with curiosity. I love travelling and as much as I travel it makes me more humble, and gives meaning to my life, every damn time, no matter how big or small an experience is. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3. I think every new experience has an enriching effect, even if it’s just a sense of novelty and direction. Even exploring lesser visited parts of Dundee in lockdown has improved my quality of life. #TRLT
replying to @DoroLef @DoroLef Do you know what I though when I sat there - 'I want nature and space around me.' Very different thoughts since I'm a city boy. But that thought process started on Norfolk Island a year earlier. #TRLT

@TheBushFundi @GigiLaidler You know how jealous I am - and happy for you. The Kgalagadi is the best. Look at photo four - that is it.

Tasting all the Burgundian dishes! 🤤Exploring Burgundy (Dijon & Beaune) https://t.co/oQE4cZA6mi #TRLT @TheTravelCamel #travel #TravelTuesday #travelbloggers #travelblog #france #dijon #bourgogne #burgundy
A4: In Kenya, for a new experience, go to a place where you are away from the bustle of civilisation. Enjoy the different pace of life, the culture, and the incredible wildlife. #TRLT
A4 For a fun experience close to home in Toronto, head north to Muskoka and enjoy a plunge in a cranberry bog. https://t.co/2hQg5QZSzE And even try cranberry wine afterwards! #TRLT @pip_says @Touchse @LindaPeters64
A4: Head to the dramatic cliffs of the Yorkshire coast.
The wildlife on show is wonderful.

A4: A recommended place close to home? I would 100% suggest the Isle of Skye: https://t.co/XkfbrZtCsP #TRLT @TheTravelCamel #travel #travelblogger #travelblog #scotland #VisitScotland #ScotlandIsCalling #isleofskye #skye
A4 #TRLT I’d recommend a trip to the coast of North Oregon/SW Washington with out amazing beaches & @LewisClarkNPS. There’s a turnaround in Seaside where Lewis & Clark looked at the Ocean ending their expedition in 1805.
A4. Maybe not very traditional, but I really enjoyed walking alpacas at a local alpaca farm in Buckinghamshire. This one was called Sweep. #trlt #SlowChilterns
Does climbing a high tower and realising it’s my favourite way to see a city count? (Can you guess these European cities?) #TRLT
A4 You can have new experiences without even leaving Tashkent. I recommend visiting the botanical garden to learn about Central Asian flora, or doing a masterclass at the Rakhimov Ceramic Studio. #trlt
