Easy to carry, a hit of sugar, perfect little pick-me-up on a sweltering day. Also, the old wet/cold/frozen bandana on the back of your neck/under your hat, carried in a plastic bag. #TRLT

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @TheTravelCamel I went to Nicaragua in 2014 with WaterAid to write some stories for them. SO HOT. I had a whole wardrobe of bandannas and a big bag of Lifesavers. They were v careful and made sure our van always had a lot of very cold water for us. #TRLT
