Iconic Landmarks
TRLT
A3: Took quite a bit of effort to reach Great Zimbabwe - one of the most iconic landmarks in Southern Africa. #TRLT
A3 The Mogao Caves near Dunhuang in central China. We had to go back the following day, as our original trip was hit by a sandstorm. #TRLT @TravelAtWill
A3 Great Wall of China was difficult to visit because getting to China required a lot of planning and right timing. Once at the site, many ways to then get up on the wall. https://t.co/QQomzIGDWx #TRLT @TheTravelCamel @JLipowski
A3 #TRLT I would say Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was held all those years. You have to go down to the waterfront & take a boat on a 20 minute trip to the island & a lot of people are going, so book ahead.

@JLipowski A2. Strokur Geysir #Iceland. It spills every 8 to 10 minutes

A1: Seattle's @space_needle recently completed a renovation that heightened the observation deck experience with floor-to-ceiling glass on the interior and exterior to further open up the awesome 360-degree views.

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill A3) Rainbow Bridge National Monument in Utah was a bit difficult to get to because I had to take a 2 hour boat ride across Lake Powell & then a 45 minute hike to just to see it. #TRLT
A3 When we got to India, we had to give up other sites to take 2 days to travel to the Taj Mahal. But so glad we saw it at sunrise and sunset. https://t.co/4y76VY9Mzn #TRLT @LindaPeters64 @heidiSiefkas @TajMahal @incredibleindia
Mount Yasur volcano on Tanna Island, #Vanuatu is a really long way from most places but the payoff is worth it #trlt A3
The top of Taipei 101...if you're taking the stairs like I did anyway. #trlt https://t.co/mxeYJPqkOl
replying to @SoloTravelStory @SoloTravelStory Agree, I've seen it three times now - and each time, more of the iconic rock formations have collapsed. This was taken in 1990. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill Equally A3, and excuse me being a bit political about this, but I don't belive national parks should charge entry fees for people, just for cars. Plitvice Lakes took me two days to get to by bus from Dubrovnik in 2013. Now it's served by range of web bookable coaches. #trlt
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill A3. Eiffel Tower. The lift coming down the tower broke down and we had to walk all the down from the top…then we missed the last train home and it took us nearly 4 hrs to get back to the hotel (should’ve taken 40 mins). #TRLT
A3: It was a long trek from Mombasa to Tsavo National Park in Kenya, but well worth it. #TRLT
A3: Brandenburg Gate, an 18th-century neoclassical monument in Berlin, and
an iconic landmark, was built on the site of a former city gate that marked the start of the road from Berlin to the town of Brandenburg an der Havel and
was difficult to visit due to logistics.

A3. I'm going to go with The Dark Hedges. Just because I remember it was a bit challenging to drive to, park and then it was still a tiny bit crowed. Is this what you remember @KirstenAlana? #TRLT
