TRLT
A3: We travelled specifically from Tamarindo, to the Nicoya Peninsula, for Costa Rica's Fiesta of Santa Cruz. The brilliant energy of locals dancing in the streets was joyous!

I found this surreal shop in #Rothenburg doing a brisk Christmas trade in March #trlt A4
A4 #TRLT Cape Town, South Africa, this one found me. It was an end of summer parade that passed in front of my hotel room.
replying to @t_jh2009 A4) Back in 2018, when I arrived in Buenos Aires, the Youth Olympics was just beginning. Unfortunately, this meant that streets were closed, and my city tour was cut short. ☹️ #TRLT

A5 #TRLT I don’t know about a specific type. For me it’s going to see things I’ve seen on TV through the years. I wouldn’t mind seeing Munich Oktoberfest again.
replying to @t_jh2009 A5) I've only been to one Model Train show, I'd like to go to more of them. #TRLT
A5: I like to regularly attend the Festival of Lights at Coquitlam's Lafarge Lake, as it's colourful beauty seems to illuminate the joy of the season.

replying to @RTWBarefoot #trlt a4: speaking of independence days though - here's a few shots from Vanuatu's independence ccommemorations, which I ended up at somewhat accidentally (tho when you're in a country for a month, you have a reasonable chance of hitting it).
replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @postcardsplaces Barcelona isn’t ‘less travelled’, but I wasn’t aware of this festival before… I didn’t realise when I went to Barcelona last that there would be Día de San Jorge festivities: roses and books on sale everywhere and Casa Batllo had a makeover. It was a lovely surprise #trlt
