A4 50 years ago, I spent my summers restoring castles in the French hills like the one depicted here. I was the strong American who they made lift all the rocks and laughed at for so doing...We slept there at night. Cooked there during the day on the chantier. Never forget. #TTOT

A4: I did! In a tiny castle (but still a castle) in Dungiven, Ireland, which is now a hostel, lol. I got to sleep in the turret :D #ttot

A4. Oh yes! ..but I can't remember the town ... it was somewhere in Extremadura, Spain. the castle was a Youth Hostel. when we returned late Igor would open the creaking, heavy oak doors and, carrying a lantern, would lead us up the twisting stairs to our turret! #ttot
