A3. Explore winter markets if there are any. They offer one of the best ways to experience local culture, food, and language #TTOT @Fiona_Whiley_23

A3 Agree! The real food is revealed along with the inhabitants & the chatting. So different than high season. Winter markets in the city! @thewandererblog #TTOT https://t.co/b9D18aDwzY

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @Fiona_Whiley_23 A3. Same as most trips - check out the stunning architecture.
Budapest must qualify. It was snowing the April day I arrived.

A3 Warm up in a lively people-filled place like in the pubs in #Dublin – ‘winter warmth’ in all meanings of the words. #TTOT. Image: @pixabay

A3. City breaks in the winter usually involve a mild excess of eating and drinking. due to the frequent need to go indoors to get warm and/or dry. aanyway can't hang around in museums and old churches the whole time! #ttot

A3 Wonderful photo, @GWMtravels. Architecture is always a big draw for me esp. in Europe. Bit of a surprise to find winter in spring there but one never knows in Europe (and elsewhere) but I've had summer heat in April in Paris & had to buy different clothes! #TTOT https://t.co/WF2p6PPrKL

A3 I believe you @MrBobPowers Mild excess of indulging in cafés is sometimes preferable to over-dosing on museums & landmarks. Especially when I see what the two have to enjoy your indoor break! #TTOT https://t.co/0CuvQ8lzx5

A3 I too am a big advocate of "mini-museums" or even the culinary delights in larger museums - which sometimes support the work there. #TTOT https://t.co/KDZhlWD7QM
