Say, maybe, go for a swim while you're on a marine adventure or an early morning hike up a cliff-top to see and capture the sunrise. #TTOT #Travel

A3: It's not always easy to dedicate time to exercising when traveling, so I try to incorporate it into my routine by walking as much as possible. Sometimes it takes longer to get places, but walking automatically builds in exercise. #TTOT
