And when the mind is happy, the body is happy. #TTOT

A4: I don't feel like I changed physical on my most recent trip. It's tougher to measure if I changed mentally on my trip. Sometimes mental changes doesn't happen on a single trip, but gradually over time because of travel. #TTOT
