replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @CharlesMcCool A5- Eating healthy on a trip is challenging. Who wouldn't want to try unique food?
But the best practice is to increase your protein intake because that keeps you fulfilled for a longer time. Also, drink more water to keep your body on self-cleansing. #TTOT #Travel

A5: Best tip to eat healthy on the road is drinking a lot of water so you feel full before sitting down to eat meals. Eating slowly helps as well because your stomach takes time to communicate that it is full. #TTOT

A5 Healthy food is available everywhere but one must chose it. If no restaurants appeal to me, I buy foods at the market that will make me feel well. Image: @pixabay #TTOT

replying to @TravelDudes @TravelDudes @CharlesMcCool A5. I honestly don't find it hard at all nowadays, I have a vegan/ vegetarian diet and it's easy enough to always eat tasty & healthy food, even when out in the hills. For bus/ train trips I always have some bars with me, or an Ambronite shake.

A5: I don’t actually have an issue eating a balanced diet, I eat more but I walk more. #ttot https://t.co/pmKKbSNmrU

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @CharlesMcCool A5 I like to go for fresh well cooked meals in the local cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same I would at home with fresh fish, meat, and greens. I avoid fries and processed food from supermarkets and junk from fast food outlets. That works for me. 😀 #ttot
