A5 #Lugano #Ticino #Switzerland Autumn season. It has it all. Warm days with snowcapped peaks & palm trees & far less visitors than other times. More difficult to find service staff who speak French or English, so speak Italian or German. #TTOT Image @SonjaSwissLife

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @aardvarksafaris A5- From avoiding crowds to saving money on everything (flight, food, accommodation), travelling offseason is a treat. If you intend to enjoy #Santorini and #Athens, I'd highly suggest you go in March, to have a peaceful vacation. Hotel & travel prices drop significantly. #TTOT

A5: I visited Langkawi in the off-season, saw a very quiet island and got a ridiculously cheap holiday which included a stay at a 5* resort. It was great! #ttot

A5: I usually only travel offseason. Hate travelling in the British summer as it's so expensive and is the only time I can bear to be in this city ha! European cities are a lot quieter in the winter and great for a mini break. Venice in December is quieter and not too cold #ttot

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @aardvarksafaris A5 Yep, it depends on the destination. Lapland was serene in October without the crowds and much cheaper. Bonus was we got to see the northern lights. #ttot

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @aardvarksafaris A5. Off season and shoulder season are my favorite times to travel. Europe in winter, the Caribbean in October thru early December. Just check to make sure preferred attractions aren't closed or severe weather isn't common at the destination at the time #TTOT

A5 I usually bumble accidentally into off-seasons. #Andorra was a great place to visit off-season (when the snow had melted and the summer hadn't yet begun) - quiet mountain trails, cheap accommodation and good weather @aardvarksafaris #TTOT

A5 We did Ladakh in October during winter which is right before the place closes down for tourists due to extreme weather conditions. Trust us the experience was out of the world. leaving few pictures from ladakh.

A5 Easter is a great time to travel in Africa as there are less tourists, you can take a Botswana safari and enjoy watching elephants in the wild without other safari goers #ttot
