A2: Most remote I've camped was up in Arnhem Land in Australia's far north. Nearest city was about 600km away! #ttot

A2 Possible the remotest is one in the Okavango Delta, Botswana. I could hear lions outside at night, and at one point a hippo stomping by (pic is from a small aircraft I took back to Maun from the campsite) @TheExploringEye #TTOT

replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @theexploringeye A2-Amanwana, #Bali is a wilderness retreat that gives direct access to all the natural wonders on the Island of Moyo without holding back on extravagance. You get to sleep in romantic, deluxe tents, attached against a canopy of greenery. #TTOT #Travel

A2 This is a dream for some (like me) to listen to hippos & lions at night. An idea so completely different from any of my own camping experiences. #TTOT https://t.co/PdWDzC7Pvu

A2 Waldo Lake OR. family as a kid. Very remote before a road was built. Had to wait til August for snow to melt so we could drive a dirt “road” while cutting up fallen trees in the way. Usually we were the only ones there. Always the first – we had a power saw! #TTOT @pixabay

A2: Probably out fishing in the middle of the Nullabour? Nearest place is a petrol station about 200kms away.

A2 It's always possible to experience a '#camp like' experience without going so far. Sometimes just a day going though a forested or exceptionally green park can empower you to connect with nature. #TTOT https://t.co/KmEvf2BQ5G

A2 I found out there are more than I imagined in London - areas of Holland park, Top of the heath at Hampstead & Primrose & Greenwich provide excellent escape from the city (& a great view of the city "madness". #TTOT https://t.co/8krRdDXURR

A2 I was overwhelmed with wild spaces in Scotland & happy to know that it's open for camping. Sweden has a similar policy that all the wilderness should (and legally in some cases) be shared with everyone. #TTOT https://t.co/c5DmRPaSXE

replying to @travelhouseuk @travelhouseuk @APlanToGo A2 Yes, North is the right direction for wilderness in many places in the northern hemisphere. I was astounded at the very wild (and empty) spaces in the Scottish Highlands. I will never those moments. I really had no idea how wild it could be. #TTOT #Scotland
