Generally I find deals by being flexible on dates and/or destinations. The more locked in you are on specifics the harder to find a deal #ttot

A3. Not so ahead and not too late. We feel 45 - 55 days ahead is the best time to book flight tickets as we have noticed fares to be cheaper during this window.

You never know when prices escalate, & you're left with no option but to buy expensive, especially around holidays. Last-minute deals depend entirely on destination, season & availability of airline specials at the time of booking.#TTOT

For domestic flights there might be deals closer to travel date but it's a bit of a gamble.

Booking early also gives more time to find deals on accommodation. Finding deals for both in the same location at the last minute is a stretch in my experience. #ttot
