Anxiety (and resulting mental health issues) is difficult to handle and overcome as is, but while on the road it presents some unique challenges. What are some tips to overcome such challenges?

A4: If you have company then talking helps (if topic of discussion is limited to what you all enjoy and away from what might be causing anxiety). If solo then enjoying the journey itself helps and also a few stops to break the journey and take your mind off of things
