A5 I really try to be in the moment when traveling and take the time to slow down and appreciate the small things around me. Going for a walk with no destination works great!

A5: Trying to observe and learn from the places you visit (or even stop on the way) helps.
When your mind is learning new things or trying to absorb new stuff it pushes other things to the back.
