Q2. via @UpAndAwayMag For those who have food allergies, what precautionary items do you always carry with you when traveling, e.g. EpiPen, Translation Cards, etc? #TTOT

A2: Epipen and medicine like Benadryl and allergy list along with emergency contact and health cards etc.

A2. I don't have food allergies, but maybe have a note written in the local language to show to people, and definitely an EpiPen!

A2 Travelers with food allergies carry sufficient amounts of needed medications & personal snacks (car-ry-on & keep nearby) & a medical explanation card in the local language in case you pass out, along with a phone contact to someone knowing your condition. #TTOT Image: @pixabay
