Traveling with a Restricted Diet
TTOT

Q3 via @SonjaSwissLife
If while traveling, you experienced a situation where 'forbidden foods' for you or a companion were the only choices when invited for a meal, how would you handle this? #TTOT

A3: Explain politely the medical issues and take leave or just try to bring something from nearby eateries and join them back.

A3 If unable to call ahead for special meals or a menu inquiry, discretely bring something to eat but 1st talk with the chef for alternatives, showing your local language medical card. Don’t wait until the meals are served. #TTOT Image: @SonjaSwissLife
