A2 I have not (yet), but I have chosen an airline because I previously knew that their aircraft were younger and therefore less environmentally damaging. I really like Skyscanner's new feature BTW which calls out flights with lower emissions @SkyscannerUSA #TTOT

We encourage using eco-conscious airlines, that have a lower carbon footprint or are preserving the environment, namely, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, KLM, British Airways & some more. ✈️

A2 Yes I would choose a newer plane and also two short-haul over one long haul as it is less carbon emissions. Also a plane is better than a helicopter (generally) #ttot

A2: Being honest, I am a bad person who choose the cheapest flights, not the most eco friendly ones. Not the right thing to do, but I think the majority act like that. Maybe the only way to change it is to enforce eco friendliness for all #ttot

replying to @TravelDudes @TravelDudes @SkyscannerUSA A2. Almost fell for Ryanair's "lie" of travelling on "the airline with Europe's lowest emissions". Ryanair measure this in 'CO2 released per passenger km', when in fact they are currently the EU's 10th biggest CO2 emitter! #ttot
