Ie: give cultural "tours" on @Patreon - find ways to help locally/donate to hospitals. Ask customers to accept credit instead of cash refunds #ttot.

This WILL pass, there will be some casualties but most of the industry will get back to normal. I think about the airline industry. They have been getting a lot of heat for cutting back, and asking us to pay for every little thing. And tickets price not decreasing. #TTOT.

A2: There's going to have to be some govt bail-outs for the airlines. Here in Aus the govt has already setup some large payments to small businesses to help retain staff. #ttot

Lucky we have v low overheads and clients happy to transfer their bookings to 2021. Working on making sure we're top of people's minds when this is all over! #adventuretravel
