A1: Give my creamy curry laksa a try. It's a mix of Malay and Japanese as I use udon noodles, soft boiled eggs, shiitake mushrooms and spring onions. It's sooo good, I like mine with sliced chicken and prawn dumplings! #ttot

A1: Japanese Okonomiyaki (savoury pancake) is a great way to use up leftovers. Give this recipe a go! You can usually get Kewpie Mayo and Okono sauce at your local supermarket or asian supermarket #ttot

I did take #Thai cooking lessons in #Bangkok before, learning to make tom yum, pad thai and mango sticky rice. I've already forgotten how to make all of them haha!
