Q4 via @SonjaSwissLife: Which division in travel do you think needs the most change? Transportation, accommodation, tours, tourist offices, etc. Give your reasons #TTOT

@SonjaSwissLife A4. Transportation. Aviation will be hardest hit (even post-vaccine - people will want to minimise exposure to others - and confined public spaces will be avoided). Excited for rail-travel though (if compartmentalised) #TTOT

replying to @TravelDudes @TravelDudes @SonjaSwissLife A4: Transportation. I'd love to see trains promoted and subsidised so that they can bring prices down and compete with air travel. Trains are a peaceful and lovely way to travel and far less impactful on the environment. #TTOT

A4 #Transport changes urgently needed as they're the most polluting & unhygienic: cruise ships, legacy aircraft, wildlife destruction for airport expansion. Support needed for #rail & city public transport. All need to adapt an empathy policy for customer service. #TTOT @pixabay

A4. Good qn! To me, all of them since they are in the #travel and #tourism ecosystem! However, if I have to select who gets the most change, I would say
- tourist offices : $$ is great for growth but over capitalism destroys
- transportation : too cheap - mass numbers

A4: Airline & cruise travel. Those engines should be thrown away & should have been replaced 10 years ago. That alone would make a huge difference.
Rolls Royce started to work on hydrogen engines. Why now & not 15 years ago?
