Q2 via @BackpackingScr1:

Have you had a travel blunder because of someone else and how did you react? #TTOT

A2: Not that I have noticed or remember. I guess it's me who usually takes care of creating travel blunders? 😉

What about you?

A2 - my other half left his backpack (with wallet, money and passports in) on the Heathrow transfer train. Thankfully we got it back within half hour thanks to the brill staff, but I was sooo stressed for the 20 mins I sat there waiting for him to go retrieve it! #ttot

A2 My hiking partner went down the wrong side of a mountain. I contacted all cable car operators who looked for her & they contacted all village sports stores. Fortunately, that slope led to the main road & she arrived in a sports store a couple hours later. Very relieved. #TTOT

A2 Not that I remember! I think it's because I'm always the planner 🙈

replying to @lingointransit @lingointransit A2 So true. Only planners get blamed (and do all the work) ðŸĪĢI have a lot collective blame on my shoulders for amazing things in my career 🙃#TTOT

A2: On my first trip to Japan we did a bus day tour & my friend hadn't really travelled before, dawdled the whole walking tour & so he missed getting back to the bus on time. I had to wait while the bus left. Fortunately, another tour bus (diff company) kindly let join! #ttot

A2 #ttot my friend told us our train from Amsterdam to Berlin was at 5:01pm when it was actually 15:01.

The train we eventually got broke down and we arrived in Berlin at 4am.

replying to @BackpackingScr1 @BackpackingScr1 A2 Sorry for you. This IS a classic mistake depending on the home country of the person travelling. Even though it's been used in the travel industry since end of WWII, many travellers are not familiar with 24 hour clock. #TTOT
