Q1 via @SharLivingstone: What changes do you expect with how you carry/use money in a post-pandemic travel world? #TTOT

A1: More contactless card payment where available, but much of our travel is pre-booked/paid anyway. If it’s genuinely “post-pandemic” don’t see too many changes being necessary. Maybe a larger qty of lower denomination cash & not requiring change. #TTOT

A1 Post-Pandemic #travel. #Contactless use of credit cards is preferred (safer than swiping). Sometimes only for small amounts. Higher amounts need insert/swipe the card & pin. Take more than 1 credit card. Some automated kiosks or shops don’t take cash. Mobile payments #TTOT


replying to @SonjaSwissLife @SonjaSwissLife @SharLivingstone A1 It depends on where you are travelling to. Some economies are still very cash based...since March I haven't used cash at all but that is in the UK. So, if it's possible I suspect we will use less cash. #ttot
