Q4 via @TravelDudes: Many many places in the world do not take credit cards or accept some international cards. How do you deal with carrying cash in the hopes you won't lose it? #TTOT

A4: When we’ve taken any ‘larger’ cash currency amounts out prior to travel, we’ve split it between the family to carry, and just called it in as needed. Should add that it’s never been such a large amount that family members were missing in the morning. #TTOT

A4 Sometime in the past few years, my wallet migrated to my front pocket. Back pockets are now for tissues and handkerchiefs. #TTOT

replying to @TravelDudes @TravelDudes A4 There are only a few places in the world where I've not been able to at least get a cash advance in a bank. I budget carefully and don't get too much...obviously a few places are not in the international banking system. Then I don't carry the money all in one place...#TTOT
