Keeping Safe Whilst Continuing to Travel
TTOT

Q3 via @TravelDudes: How do you stay informed on safety and security information while already abroad? #TTOT

A3: Other than watching local news/internet for updates on pre-identified risks, very little, but once at the destination will try to reinforce practically, e.g. quietly checking out tsunami evacuation routes (without freaking out the family).

A3 While travelling https://t.co/mGlZAGls28 with your government’s Embassy (website or phone). Internet check for updates of important situations, Hot Spot Reports, Government advisories. Contacts in your own hometown to keep track of you. #TTOT
