A1: Primarily, space, and exclusivity. Having access to a fully equipped kitchen can also be a real bonus, for example, this one (with some extraction that looked like it had been borrowed from a space programme).

A1: Usually I choose an apartment with friends when we are visiting a trade fair. It's nice to head back there on a very busy day and to let the day end in the living room.
