Q4 via @SonjaSwissLife: Have you ever celebrated December Holidays that were not in line with your traditional celebrations? Another religion? Another culture? If so, what were the differences in the celebratory practices from your own? #TTOT

A4: The Maldives was prob. the most ‘different’ December experience for us (incl. having to do written diving exam while on vacation, night snorkelling on Christmas day, etc.), but culturally it was, of course, heavily tilted to the western guests.

A4. Well to be honest, the greatest culture shock was I returned home for a traditional British Christmas having been away for many years! #TTOT
