@tangenghui @SonjaSwissLife A2 If rental, watch the fuel level, put the emergency number into your phone and keep phone charged. If your own car and a long trip, give it a big checkup before you go, check oil, tyres, wipers, lights etc.

replying to @tangenghui @tangenghui So far I haven't bought one. We always chose roads where we would be able to have a tiny bit of traffic. So when we drove through the Australian Outback, we knew that there would be at least 1 car at least once a day or at least the following day. #ttot

@TravelDudes A3 First thing to do is get out of danger, so if broken down on side of road blocking some of it, try and push off as far as you can. And if broken down on hot road, keep drinking fluids as your air con won't work anymore.
