I would imagine that years ago, most destinations were much less-crowded than they are now! AND, even better, there were no selfie sticks! Now there's a thought. :) #TWchats

A1: @twtravelnews While we love the convenience of mobile & printable tickets, we miss the days when #cruise tickets were elegantly packaged and mailed to guests. They made great souvenirs! RT if you agree! #TWChats

A1: Courtesy. And it was real. A genuine pleasure in welcoming a traveler, and a sort of genuine gratitude that you were traveling with them. There was also a sense of a shared thrill, an interdependent adventure. #TWchats

A1: Two words: Leg room! Who remembers when you could sit in a plane's economy cabin without your knees knocking into the seat in front of you? š #TWChats

A1: @TWtravelnews @TravelAgeWest Congratulations on your anniversaries! We believe we're living the Golden Age of Travel right now! With more access and choices, people get to explore more of the world and in any way they want. #TWchats

A1: One of the first pieces we ever published was THE LAST OF THE GREAT HOTELS. #TWchats https://t.co/Rw8GzSXGYI

A1: The food! During the 1960s, restaurant-quality meals were common. You could dine on anything from seafood platters to dessert bars. Flights even had their own professional chef! #twchats

A1: We miss stargazing! Although, it's definitely something that you still can do (Here are a few of our favorites: https://t.co/8nx4rkLzj5), but it was so much brighter back then and we miss it. āØ#TWChats

replying to @HALpartnerSHIPS @HALpartnerSHIPS @TWtravelnews Love it! We recently went through our back issues and were in awe. the travel industry was stylin'! And don't even get us started on those hairstyles. #TWChats

A1: If we are being honest, playing board games on the plane instead of watching movies brings back some nostalgia. Does it count if your golden age was the 90s? #TWchats
