A3: Trust is more important than ever, meaning expertise and experience will sometimes outweigh destination. Top-notch guides, accommodations, and more will have to stand for health and safety before guests feel safe to focus on exploring and experiencing the world. #TWChats

replying to @TWrtobin @TWrtobin @jacquigiff @TravelLeisure The (Parmigiano-Reggiano) cheese stands alone in #EmiliaRomagna And #Italy's rural destinations will likely experience a bump post-COVID. @ertourism @meritaly #twchats

A3: @twtravelnews When it comes to travel planning, we think we'll see more and more travelers working with travel advisors. These experts can help make the travel planning process seamless and help make your vacation hassle-free. #TWchats

replying to @TWtravelnews @TWtravelnews The staff at @finchhattons goes above and beyond to make your entire stay special. Kenya is magical on its own, but the people are what make it so special. #TWchats

Here's my memorable hotel moment: After a whirlwind day looking at #norwegianencore I ended it in the observation lounge looking out over NYC. No doubt we'll see a lot of cruise change, but this evening was me, a window to the world, a drink (maybe an @nclandy G&T?) #TWchats

A4: Hand sanitizer is here to stay, as is a demand for more personal space. More than anything we expect to see a spike in travel automation and hands-free transactions the U.S. has so far been slowly adopting. (Plus travel insurance seems more important than ever!) #TWChats

replying to @jules_afar @jules_afar @TWtravelnews A1. Lots of folks are dreaming about remote peaceful getaways, like road trips & camping in the Alaskan Wilderness! #thisisskagway #TWchats

A4: @twtravelnews As a result of the pandemic, we think we'll see a change in how travelers are greeted and greet one another. We expect to see fewer handshakes, but even more smiles. #TWchats

A2 Enjoying some memorable views on our last trip to @patagonia_camp #travelwENroute #twchats

A3: Local trips may be popular! We're excited to offer our clients luxury getaways that may be within driving distance. #TWChats

A4: A travel practice we see changing for the foreseeable future is the increased desire for exclusive, intimate travel experiences. Properties such as @jumbybay, nestled on a 300-acre private Caribbean island, offer an idyllic experience we expect travelers to seek. #TWchats

replying to @CNTraveler @CNTraveler @TWtravelnews A1. I’ve had to cancel trips to Romania and Switzerland due to the pandemic and I can’t stop dreaming about the adventures that could have been. #TWChats
