replying to @CNTraveler @CNTraveler I was scheduled to be in Sweden later this month, and was pretty excited to try some earthy Scandinavian fare.

My usual haunt of #TelAviv is pretty delicious in a different style--but a restaurant really has to be amazing to overshadow my husband's culinary talents. #TWchats

1. When a hotel property actively blocks cellular data and/or WiFi signals. One certain Salt Lake City based hospitality giant is notorious for a history of their properties doing that.

2. Resort fees. Just another shady money grab tactic.

#TWchats New York City is the ultimate choice for a dining-around-the-world experience closer to home. Drive-to city for many, one flight for others. Can't wait to have the restaurants re-open for more than takeout & delivery. Sidewalk cafes & street takeovers? @gayotguide

As a freelancer sending out pitches right now, it feels like travel writing is much more "newsy" -- what's opening now, here's how your favorite destination is dealing with C19, etc. I'd love to get more into the idea of "virtual" travel -- but not just VR. #TWChats https://t.co/Zry0uAX2QW
