replying to @LandLopers @LandLopers A8 I mean, I like what Virgin and Emirates have tried to do but there's just no way around the fact that planes are awful. Too many seats, too many people, even in 1st class unless you have a private cabin. Cut the passengers by 1/3 to 1/2! šŸ‘ #TravelSkills

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet Q5. I love the way those sleek hardcase bags look. I always wanted a silver one with travel stickers all over it. Like a low end James Bond. Like a secret spy pretending to be a tourist. Luxurious and tacky at the same time. #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A8: I refuse to believe airlines canā€™t make things comfortable and profitable. Accessible power outlets are a must, 110 and USB. I think some airlines are offloading IFE before theyā€™re ready. #TravelSkills

A8. Amendment: Airlines should not allow seat reclines on flights less than 6 hours. Anyone who reclines their seat during a 2 hour midday flight is a sociopath and should not be encouraged. #Travelskills

replying to @cjmcginnis @cjmcginnis I love my @away bags although one suitcase broke recently - the shell cracked and the exterior does get pretty banged up and scratched if you check it. But I love the clean lines of its design and the fact that it's super lightweight and easy to maneuver #TravelSkills

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet A6 #travelskills I prefer a separate mirror/counter outside the bathroom. Always so much easier for showers and wife/daughters doing hair/makeup and leaving the shower open for son and I.

replying to @LandLopers @LandLopers @PostcardJar Some do and some don't. When traveling as a family, we only use planes if we absolutely have to, because it's so fundamentally unpleasant. Some of that unpleasantness comes from the size and placement of seats. #travelskills
