replying to @AllianzTravelUS @AllianzTravelUS A6 I don’t think I’ve ever driven in Mexico and I probably wouldn’t unless I stayed inside the touristy areas. Outside of the tourist zones, I would hire a local. #TravelSkills

A6. We haven't driven in Mexico. But we're not the best driver in the states so it's better to let the professionals get us around or use mass transit. #TravelSkills

replying to @AllianzTravelUS @AllianzTravelUS A6 Last time I drove in Mexico I got a ticket—in Cancun. Not fun. And sketchy. I would not drive there again. #TravelSkills

replying to @AllianzTravelUS @AllianzTravelUS A6. Yes and Yes. Although I will say watch out at the Car Rental places. They try to get you for every thing. TIP -- Take photos/video of your rental before you drive off the lot #TravelSkills

A6: Never really thought about it before, but can’t imagine it would be very challenging #travelskills

A6. I don't mind driving a car in #Mexico, but would rather drive a #kayak. #travelskills #seaofcortez

A6: It would be better for everyone involved if I didn't get behind the wheel in a foreign country. 🚗 #TravelSkills https://t.co/63IjKyE1aM

A6: I have never been to Mexico, but I try not to drive as much as I can living in Boston, so doing it on vacation, I probably wouldn't. My partner would be the one driving, haha #TravelSkills

replying to @cjmcginnis @cjmcginnis A6: I rented one in Cabo- was only $13/wk (2015)- way cheaper than one-way shuttle to resort! Just had to decline all the insurance, use my cc, & put big hold on my cc 😬 But great access to local beaches, towns, and the highways were fine. #TravelSkills

A6: I have, twice, and I'd do it again. You definitely want a GPS - road signs come up fast! #TravelSkills https://t.co/28TSG2lnoG

A6. Yes I’ve driven in Mexico and would do so again. That’s how @_dantevincent_ and I discovered cenotes around the Riviera Maya, by driving ourselves. #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A6: if roads were this calm. #MexicoCity #TravelSkills

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet A6: We had a horrible rental car experience in PV, and taxi drivers speed! My advice: Sit on the beach instead! #TravelSkills

A6. Madre mia!
Mother of..😂
My friends in Cancun let me drive 🚗 to Playa del Carmen and thank you lord for #teavel insurance
It gets wild sometimes but as long as you respect the road signs and maneuver, all is good 😉

A6 When I lived in #SanDiego I knew lots of people who often drove south across the border. on @News8 & @thecwsandiego this week I shared a #Travezoo offer at @Rosarito_Hotel that incl. #FastPass, which cuts border wait time on drive back: https://t.co/eY1E1QpQGX #TravelSkills

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet A6 From Tijuana. 10 days: Had $15 lobster-Puerto Nuevo; got lost and slept in car (photographed Milky Way)-Catavina; attacked by sea lice-Mulege; looked for Arturo-Loredo; let my Bohemian flag fly-Todos Santos. Ended at beach in Cabo. Felt safe. #travelskills

A10. Headed to Ireland end of April/early May - is that Spring Break?! I’ve been out of school for almost 20 years, I can’t remember anymore. #TravelSkills
