replying to @VisaNews @VisaNews A2 Have you ever been on an elevator in Tokyo? They’re so crazily smooth that you feel like you’re not moving at all. #TravelSkills
replying to @VisaNews @VisaNews A2 Contactless payments, chip and pin, handheld payment terminals in restaurants so you don’t have to give your credit card to anyone #VisaAmbassador #TravelSkills
A2 I haven't experience the technological advances of other countries first hand. I've heard amazing things in theory but haven't seen many practical applications yet. With travel and mobile technology, I think anything with #cybersecurity would be high on the list. #TravelSkills
A2 We're so excited for the U.S. to embrace tapping to pay with Visa! @Visa expects more than 100 million Visa #contactless cards to be issued in the U.S. by the end of 2019. #TravelSkills

replying to @VisaNews @VisaNews A2 Electronic window shades: very common in Asia, rare in the U.S. #TravelSkills my room at Peninsula Hong Kong
A2: Was shocked at how easy mobile payments are done in China, even at tiny food stands in the middle of nowhere. We’re not there yet here in the US, which is weird #travelskills
A2. Canada, EU and UK have better security systems for getting into and getting out of the country, including biometrics and more automation etc. Would love to see more of that here in the USA.
Though I do LOVE my @Clear membership! #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A2: train travel, both in Canada and the US. You can get anywhere by train in Europe: here, there is limited (EXPENSIVE) train travel and they’re even doing away with busses in some places. #travelskills
Smart recommendation.

A2. What tech advances would I like to see at home? Of course, high-speed rail. We should have it criss-crossing the country, but we love cars to much and our leaders love lobbyists too much. Sigh. #travelskills #travel
