I took sleeping pills - I don’t do well on long haul flights if I’m awake and not able to lie down in first class. I actually will have panic attacks from being confined for that long without being able to lie down ☹️ #TravelSkills

I've had a claustrophobia attack once on a plane. It was while waiting to get off, and everyone was standing up and I felt trapped. It was so squished and crowded. I had to keep reminding myself to breathe. #TravelSkills
