replying to @nataliediscala @nataliediscala What's the longest flight Jack has been on so far? #TravelSkills

replying to @Australia @Australia TIP Australia or an African safari doesn’t have to be crazy expensive. There are plenty of budget ways of doing them, including swapping houses. #TravelSkills

replying to @Australia @Australia A4 I’m headed to Italy’s Amalfi Coast this fall. If I weren’t paying with my points & miles, it would cost a fortune! #TravelSkills

A4: We haven't actually taken any of these private tours, but they'd cost you a pretty penny: https://t.co/GgfdDufE70 #TravelSkills

replying to @SpudHilton @SpudHilton At least you don't have to tip there! :) #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills TIP Australia is a big country but with our network of airlines and transport systems, two weeks will give you plenty of time. #TravelSkills

replying to @Australia @Australia TIP Feeling spendy? Consider flying in business class to Australia! You can always use your miles, but paying for it will run about $5,000 to $7,000 roundtrip. #TravelSkills

A4: In terms of equivalencies it’s whenever I cash out frequent flier miles for First Class long haul seats :) #travelskills

replying to @mysshineholiday I slept for 8 hours but still had to find ways to occupy the 9+ remaining hours on the flight—I watched 3 movies, worked on emails, and ate a lot of snacks #travelskills

I want to #travel to #Australia with the only person who'll put up with me on a 15-hour flight -- @reneesaglie! @Australia @TravelzooAUS #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills Most expensive trip I’ve taken? #travelskills. Any last minute booking. Flying Dubai to UK on Sunday at a cost of £900, probably my most expensive to date #travelskills

Thanks for joining the #TravelSkills chat! Today, @Australia joins us to talk about how to make the most of a true travel splurge!

replying to @theplanetd @theplanetd #TravelSkills I’ve been twice - both times on the east coast with Uluru added to my second trip (both 2 months long). Loved it and thought of moving there for a while.

replying to @theplanetd @theplanetd @JohnnyJet @mommypoints @ZachHonig @DailyTravelTips @LandLopers @nomadicmatt @AndreaFeczko @joshuagates @KirstenAlana @LuxeTiffany @jdomb @LeeAbbamonte @petehalvorsen I guess it's harder in the West. I think there are frequent flights to Iqaluit in the Eastern Arctic, but the weather can be a big problem #TravelSkills

replying to @nataliediscala @nataliediscala @cjmcginnis @JohnnyJet Fraser Island is very cool. #travelskills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills Around the world! Lincoln NE Seattle to Sydney to New Zealand thru Abu Dhabi to Munich, then Tirana and on to Chicago and home to Lincoln. #TravelSkills

I don't like heights so no ziplining for me, thank you. I do enjoy surfing. I'm not amazing but I can manage well in easy spots such as Waikiki. Had a nice lesson and several decent rides at #BondiBeach maybe 10 years ago. A5 #travelskills #Australia #surfing #travel #Sydney

replying to @cjmcginnis @cjmcginnis @Australia That is definitely #goals! #TravelSkills

replying to @Australia @Australia A5 I’m always up for a strenuous and scenic hike! A great place to do that after a long flight is in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. #TravelSkills

A5: Love to kayak, zip lining is fine too. Depends on where I am to be honest #travelskills

replying to @Australia @Australia A5 I’m not into extreme adventure. I prefer soft adventure like snorkeling, hiking, hot air balloon safaris or surfing (photo is from #Noosa!) … #TravelSkills

Surfing is not my forte, but I'd love to get better at kite surfing - (this was my coach in Maui) #TravelSkills

A5: We dare you to try these extreme adventure activities: https://t.co/MWG8Bo0emw #TravelSkills

replying to @Australia @Australia TIP Australia has some of the best waves in the world! I took surfing lessons on the Gold Coast near Brisbane back in the day. #TravelSkills

replying to @MarjiStevens @MarjiStevens @theplanetd Me too! I wanted to move to #Australia after graduating- but the work visa process was too daunting for my 21yo self #TravelSkills

replying to @LandLopers @LandLopers A5: I'm a fan of anything with heights involved. Zip-lining is one of my faves, but I'm all about something with a fear element. Height + thick glass = adventure to me. #TravelSkills
