replying to @GabeSaglie @GabeSaglie @united @DublinAirport Great minds think alike. Give me food and I will always give you a smile in return #TravelSkills 😁😁😁

replying to @united @united A8 A large bottle of water that I sip on constantly #TravelSkills

replying to @united @united TIP Some airlines are really cracking down on carry-on bags, so make sure yours is compliant and carry an extra small/compact one that you can put under your seat #TravelSkills

A8 Noise canceling earbuds eye mask, scarf, advil, tylenol sinus, iPhone loaded with movies or series #TravelSkills

A8: I always carry a do it yourself amenity kit with all the accouterments I need to arrive looking and feeling refreshed. Fully charged iPad and headphones also helps :) #TravelSkills

A8: These are the in-flight essentials we never fly without: https://t.co/Pr36gbTW3S #TravelSkills

Long-haul flights are good for getting work done. But too often the seats are so squished together I can't open my laptop. That's when I trot out my iPad and the attached keyboard. I can be fairly productive even flying over the Pacific. A8 #travelskills #travel @elliottchun

Q5 - Favorite plane for long-haul flying? Hands down #BoeingDreamliner aka #Boeing787 - even in coach on #JapanAirlines I’m comfy (I like their configuration) (Sorry to Join late but had to answer this one) #TravelSkills

A8 A reusable water bottle, phone charger, headphones and a phone or tablet with the latest United app. #TravelSkills

A7 @united's Club lounge at @flyLAXairport is above the rest when it comes to #food selection -- impressive! And I hope other United clubs follow suit soon! @united #Polaris lounge at @EWRairport features great food & service, with great views! #TravelSkills

I always pack an extra pair of underwear, socks, toothbrush/toothpaste and phone/computer charger for long-haul flights. Those are the absolute essentials I'd need just in case something happened to my bag along the way!

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet A8. A scarf that doubles as blanket. And snacks because you can never have enough #TravelSkills

replying to @united @united TIP l’m not a big fan of “over the ear” headsets. They make my ears too hot! I prefer noise-canceling buds instead. #TravelSkills

replying to @JohnnyJet @JohnnyJet @Heather_Poole It happens. I see it all the time. Usually happens on routes that have a lot of last minute business travel bookings. #TravelSkills

A8 Carry-On Must Haves: water, snacks, glasses, and my mouth guard. I turn into a different woman when I'm on the plane #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A7: My carry-on/roadtrip bag is always backed with snacks, puzzle books and nice blue ink pens, earbuds, aloe face mist, lip balm, my Infinity Challenge blanket or mudcloth, my fantastic neck pillow, eye mask, and a seat cushion. #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A7 @united Polaris lounges are great, in general. My fave in Star Alliance has to be Turkish's mega lounge at IST. #TravelSkills

A7 My kids love the outdoor seating area at the @united Club at #LAX. great views of the planes at the gate & landing! @reneesaglie & I like the fact that the bar is just on the other side of the sliding doors! #TravelSkills

RT @united: A3 Houston -Sydney wins at 8,857 miles and 17+ hours. #TravelSkills https://t.co/nNDXuLbZOH

In @united’s Polaris class, flyers are provided duvets, blankets, mattress cushions, and pillows designed by @saks Fifth Avenue https://t.co/5WXEYjCYWS #TravelSkills

We've started bringing our own snacks instead of eating salty plane food https://t.co/elV7GBsyx1 #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills My best #travelskills recommendation is to get an inflatable neck pillow for the long flights! So many people don’t get the inflatable ones and then have to lug an actual pillow around. a fuzzy inflatable one packs away nicely and takes up little space!

replying to @GabeSaglie @GabeSaglie @united @DublinAirport Yep: United does food right. I rarely go hungry on its flights. I especially like the cheeseburger in the back! Right @JGinChicago? Served hot in a paper bag! #TravelSkills

replying to @theplanetd @theplanetd Q8 my iPad and charger. Loaded with offline content from @PrimeVideo like @HighCastleTV #TravelSkills

@JohnnyJet Learned a trick early on from you Johnny, always have a small clip pouch with necessities that I hook to the back of seat.
No need to dig through bags for those must haves: Airplane "cover socks", gum, airpods, charging cords, any medication, ect #TravelSkills

TIP Wondering what will be available on your flight? Check out our May United Private Screening features. https://t.co/3gneLzY6qJ #TravelSkills

replying to @LandLopers @LandLopers I caught up on the whole MCU on one long haul flight! Thank goodness bc it paid off watching endgame lol #TravelSkills

For long haul travel, I recommend @GlobalEntry (for $100, you get 5 years of #globalentry with #TSA-PRE included. But don’t risk it by disembarking the #plane with fruit. https://t.co/9IJmcRpKKI @latimestravel #TravelSkills

A8: I usually keep a book and an ipad with me, and then anything else I don't want to have in checked bags. #TravelSkills https://t.co/6sagBcg1up

replying to @cjmcginnis @cjmcginnis @united @DublinAirport @JGinChicago Have never done the burger -- next time! I like the Mezze Sample and wish they brought back the old Asian-style chicken wrap (betas the new one!) #TravelSkills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A8: Water, band-aids, a few wipes and most important of all: a form of electronic entertainment that has a screen big enough to not strain your eyes after prolonged usage. That’s why I don’t recommend playing games on a smartphone. #TravelSkills

A8. It doesn't matter if the flight is short or long, I have the same must-haves for every flight: A book (or two), a bottle of water, food/snacks, a sweater (airplanes are cold! Even during the summer), phone, pen & paper, allergy/cold medicine, cambridge mask #Travelskills
