replying to @cjmcginnis @cjmcginnis @united @DailyTravelTips Absolutely true. Also most non-US aircraft do not have personal air vents above the seat. Airlines based in warmer climate countries always keep their cabin temperatures the highest. Those times on Thai Airways when I’m baking while everybody else is cold. #Travelskills

A9. 1. Sleep on your left side? Choose left side of the plane so you can lean your head against wall. 2. Move carry on against seat so you can stretch your legs under seat in front of you. 3. Use jacket as lumbar support. 4. Wear headphones. Listen to relaxing music #TravelSkills

I like window seats on short haul flights to great cities like NYC. You can get amazing photos. But for longer-haul it's definitely the aisle. You can get up and stretch. And if you're flying over an ocean there's very little to see, anyway. A10 #travelskills

replying to @travelskills @travelskills A10 Best seats of all are those new United Polaris style seats where your seat is both on the window and the aisle. If that isn’t available I like window for daytime short flights. Aisle for all other times. #travelSkills

Q10 Window or aisle? Aisle. I hydrate in flight & hate crawling over someone or begging to use the loo. But on a recent flight from Italy, a teen by the window kept waking me up for pee needs. (But it’s healthier for circulation to get up every 2 hours. #TravelSkills

A10: Tough one. I like the window, because I'm less likely to need the lav so am disturbed less often. I like the aisle because my legs are long and I can "borrow" space from the aisle. Plus, if I do need the lav/stretch legs, I just go. On balance, Aisle wins #TravelSkills https://t.co/3CidaOmLW5

A10: Window Seat or Aisle? Aisle seat. I hate waking people up to go to the bathroom. Or worse, make somebody shut down their laptop and pick up their can of soda. Otherwise, I don't mind the window seat. Kind of like it on long haul flights. #TravelSkills
