A5 #TravelSkills I like high places, so the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore & Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia. Also the Big Buddha in Hong Kong and of course Halong Bay in Vietnam.

You can live like royalty in southeast Asia for the cost of a dump in some N. American cities. I check now and then, and you can find fab, 4 or 5-star hotels in cities like Bangkok or Hanoi for $200 USD or less. Same place in Boston or SF would be $600. A7 #TravelSkills

A5 After seeing this photo from some StopJetLag travelers, I'd have to go with the Great Wall of China. #TravelSkills

A7: SE Asia in particular is a great region to save a lot of money - extremely affordable. If you want to spend money, you can do that almost anywhere but especially Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, etc. #travelskills
