A6 #TravelSkills I had a good experience with Turkish. Nice comfortable seats. Vietnam Air was a well run carrier. I used them for point to point travel in the country.

@JohnnyJet @AllianzTravelUS I just got back from the Great Wall, and I recommend the Secret Wall Tour! I booked it through my hostel. There were only 30 of us that booked it, and we only saw people here and there! It was not super crowded at all. #TravelSkills

You can live like royalty in southeast Asia for the cost of a dump in some N. American cities. I check now and then, and you can find fab, 4 or 5-star hotels in cities like Bangkok or Hanoi for $200 USD or less. Same place in Boston or SF would be $600. A7 #TravelSkills
A5 After seeing this photo from some StopJetLag travelers, I'd have to go with the Great Wall of China. #TravelSkills
replying to @LandLopers @LandLopers They've all been better than US carriers. That includes AirAsia and even the domestic airlines in Laos and Myanmar. #travelskills

A7. We think Thailand is perfect for saving money. In fact we have a guide for backpacking it - https://t.co/3slqCVeuFp. For luxury, we immediately think, Hong Kong #TravelSkills
replying to @AllianzTravelUS @AllianzTravelUS A7 You can get a good deal in most of the countries in Asia. My favorite is Thailand. To splurge, I would say go to Hong Kong or #Japan. #TravelSkills #TravelHappy
replying to @AndreaFeczko @AndreaFeczko @roamingwithdave Fly into Siem Reap. Angkor Wat is just a few miles outside of the city. It just looks like it’s on the middle of nowhere but it’s surprisingly close to civilization. #travelskills

@travelskills I would love to fly on @SingaporeAir or @cathaypacific. I hear the airlines are comfy.

A7 Save money in Vietnam and Cambodia, especially on food, which is usually excellent. Street food is a good idea, but make sure you pick the crowded stalls. #travelskills
A7: SE Asia in particular is a great region to save a lot of money - extremely affordable. If you want to spend money, you can do that almost anywhere but especially Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, etc. #travelskills
