Q5 What’s most important to you when booking your trips: Price? Loyalty? Experience? Why? #TravelSkills
A5 #TravelSkills The most important component of business travel is powering in-person connections to build relationships. A conversation over coffee can change everything, in a good way.

A5: According to @carostrachan , we're all either Loyalty, Price or Experience led. I'm a loyalty guy. But we knew that. Nothing beats an upgrade to business class.
A5: It’s a mix of loyalty, convenience, price and for hotels, location. Like a Venn Diagram, it’s where those attributes collide that determine my travels #travelskills

A5: For biz: the least amount of hassle possible with the fewest surprises along the way. Loyalty programs help with managing experiences and expectations. That’s why I’m willing to cough up more to know exactly what I’m getting, when I’ll arrive, & what to expect. #travelskills https://t.co/6ogqz7bfhe
A5: Loyalty. We book a lot of our personal trips on miles with @staralliance points we’ve accumulated with business travel. We prefer boarding early with our #phootography gear and getting settled. #travelskills

A5 I stay at the hotel closest to meetings, and the non-stop flight (less risk, saves time). I'm the Thursday 5pm flight guy - why my upgrades don't clear
I earn top tier air+hotel status with enough extra miles I don't need to take less convenient flights to do it #TravelSkills
A5. For biz trips, priority is: loyalty, price then experience. I wouldn't be loyal to an airline that didn't give me a good experience. #travelskills

A5: Price is the most important aspect for me for booking flights! I'm trying to learn how to be better about travel hacking though. I'm going to @FlyerTalk Chicago Seminars next weekend to learn how to to maximize points. #TravelSkills
A5 Booking a work trip is usually a combo: price + #loyalty. I check my go-to airline/hotel brand(s) first, but if they're priced too high (or if another brand offers much better value) I hunt around. when price & loyalty come together, it's a beautiful thing! #TravelSkills
A5 Speaking of #loyalty -- thnx @cjmcginnis for breaking down the latest changes to @united's frequent flier program: https://t.co/qEf3V16IL1 @SFGate #frequentflier #TravelSkills
A5: Loyalty matters tons when I book a work (or personal) trip mostly because the airline/hotel/car rental company has earned it. But at the end of the day, it's the experience that matters the most! #TravelSkills
A5 Reasons Why I Book a Trip:
1. Experience (preferably new!)
