Heck, I get jet lag at home! I don't cope well with it, but trying to adjust to time zone changes can help. I had some help on Wednesday with an upgrade to biz class on #SouthAfricanAirways. A couple glasses of SA Pinotage didn’t hurt! A3 #travelskills @flysaa @flysaa_care

A4 #TravelSkills We might be biased, but @TripActions keeps your itinerary all in one place for easy access to your hotels, flights, and ride-shares.

My business trips are always fun with my business partner, daughter and best friend (the same person). As travel agents, we get to visit resorts around the world to insure they are as they represent for our clients. Next is Aruba in December. #travelskills

This. I've been taking naps on arrival the last 10 years and have never really suffered jetlag since. I adjust to local time by going out after the nap - a nice local dinner followed by a regular sleep. #travelskills https://t.co/YqbyyTGR23

Who to travel with on a business trip? Here's my contrarian take.

I love my friends, my family, I want to spend as little time away from my 1 y.o. daughter as I can.

But there's nothing like the solitude of a business trip to chart your path forward. #TravelSkills

- go to the hotel I always stay at unless I get an email reminding me I'm staying elsewhere
