I keep my phone full charged at all times in case of emergencies. #WeekendWanderlust #TravelHappy

#WeekendWanderlust A7: we don’t #travel with lots of safety gear, but our go-to bags have anti-theft features, like slashproof straps, locking zippers, and RFID protection.

A7 We try not to carry anything out while we are walking and utilize the safe in the hotel room. My camera I keep pretty tight however we try not to worry so much about things like that thanks to @AllianzTravelUS for their great coverage. #WeekendWanderlust

A7: We bought metal wallets to protect from scanners. Also a flashlight or two. Otherwise, use your gut. #WeekendWanderlust

A7: To minimize #theft, I carry important documents / money in a very sexy fanny pack 😂 it’s slim enough to go under my shirt and be totally concealed (only in countries that are very rough); also I get the lay of the land re: safe / unsafe areas 🗺🙌🏼 #weekendwanderlust

I travel to some areas with reputations, I always bring cheap sunglasses and dress more basically with no flash. Just want to blend in.

Also it would depend where I'm going. I do try to make sure where I'm staying has a room safe. #WeekendWanderlust
