A6: I try to avoid chain restaurants in general, BUT sometimes they are worth trying to find local twists on American classics. I eat at @McDonaldsJapan about once a month so I can try the newest specialty item. The premium burgers are REALLY delicious! #WeekendWanderlust

A6. On the rare occasion we've tried a chain restaurant abroad, we find they still have a local twist. That said, we do try to avoid them and eat local cuisine. #weekendwanderlust

A6: We used to always go to chain restaurants when we were first traveling since we don't have many in our hometown. Now, we avoid them as much as possible. Local is way better! #weekendwanderlust

A6. We don't do American chain restaurants abroad. We may try a foreign chain IN COUNTRY, but we prefer local places. #weekendwanderlust
