replying to @WWTravelChat @WWTravelChat A8: 1) be nice to hotel staff and you will be upgraded 😊. But seriously, sometimes you don’t ask nicely, you don’t get. 2) sometimes it is cheaper to buy a ticket or hotel stay compared to paying with miles and points.
