Q3: Have you ever booked a trip solely based on something you saw on social media? #WeekendWanderlust
A3: Not at the moment, but the amount of Swiss alp destination things I see I'm really close. #WeekendWanderlust
A3: Not explicitly, but I definitely know when destinations are becoming more popular bc I see an uptick in posts. #WeekendWanderlust
A3: Nope. So far I've yet to book a trip just because I saw something on social media. I have been influenced to eat/drink at places because of suggestions on social media, but never a whole trip. #WeekendWanderlust
A3: Nope, sure haven't! While it can be inspiring and resourceful, I don't let social media influence my decisions that much #weekendwanderlust
replying to @ABritSoutherner @ABritSoutherner A3: Not exactly but did keep it in mind while I was traveling through Texas. I saw and was reminded about some old roadside attractions on social media so deviated my route to try to find them. #WeekendWanderlust
A3- It did a lot when I lived in Germany. Places would pop up on my timeline on Monday and I'd be there on Friday. Everything is so accessible in Europe

A3: Oahu!๐บWe always love traveling to places where the locals hang. After reading this guide on touring the island like a local, we immediately booked our tickets! โ๏ธ #WeekendWanderlust #AlamoDriveHappy https://t.co/kh9KuN3tMq
A3:
It really depends on ones definition. ๐
I once planned a spontaneous trip to Australia because a company advertised West coast #roadtrips. I had no idea when it came to the route, but it was the best trip ever! ๐๐ฟ๐ฆ๐บ #WeekendWanderlust
replying to @ABritSoutherner @ABritSoutherner A3: I donโt think so- social media is great, but solely relying on it may set unrealistic expectations. #WeekendWanderlust
