replying to @UST_Survival @UST_Survival A7: Go to the lake, river or ocean and park my butt in the water. If I’m going to be active it’s early morning or late evening.#GearMeOut

replying to @UST_Survival @UST_Survival A7 Avoid mid-day activity, lots of water, (internally and externally) whether paddling, hiking,or cycling, shorten duration and lessen intensity, #GearMeOut

A7 #GearMeOut When it is bad out, I'll nap during the afternoon but hike through the night. https://t.co/Od853tvQDz

A7: hmm...plan activies during pre-dawn & late afternoon (after 3-4pm) when it's not nearly so hot. Also, there's plenty of environs that can be enjoyed after dusk,
Full Moon Paddles, Hikes & even Trail Running. :) Dark doesn't have to mean bedtime!
